WITA (a Web-based Integrated service for Transcription factor binding sites Analysis) is a tool for
regulatory
sequence analysis such as detection of significant TFBS (transcription factor binding sites),
finding
cis-regulatory modules in sets of potentially co-expressed/co-regulated genes, and identifying
a set of
high conserved TFBS region from orthologous genes (Phylogenetic footprinting)
TFBSScanner supports a result graph and a tab delimited list file including new TFBS id, position, direction, and two type scores. TFMFinder results a graph of gene list and interacting binding site pairs by EM algorithm.
